Balance the new power word everyday we hear how everything needs balance has Men’s Physique become the new star in the fitness industry. Will this change in our mind, set the stage for a greater following in that industry?  Have man come full circle only to learn that balance is the key in every part of life.

The Balance Fitness Team (TheBalFitTeam) would like to be the first to say more power to the industry. The day is long past when the only one that enjoys being completely fit is the bodybuilder.
