As we age we sometimes say I wish I could do the things I use too, but I just don’t have the energy. We all understand that we cannot stop the process but we can rekindle that youthful spirit. Reinvent the way you look and feel not by just engineering the body but the mind letting your mind take control again don’t let the world train you. Learn to read your body starting tomorrow wake up talking to your body. People tell you not to talk to yourself but talking to yourself could be the best way to regain a healthy lifestyle and happiness. Take a test tomorrow think back if a was a baby again what would I do, would I ask for food when I needed it no matter what time of day. Your body clock is the key a trainer can only direct you back to yesterday when you listen to your body.

Self-centered is not always a bad thing learning oneself learning to personalize your life and begin engineering a strategy for you.  Balance time is here; time to learn how to control me from within.  Time to listen to yourself and learn from the feedback by body will give you from my head to my toes to the feeling within. 

I will understand that this will be a group effort of all of you.
